EASE (Everflow Agency Success Experience) is a private hub that Everflow provides to marketing agencies we invite. This notice explains, in plain English, what data we collect when you use EASE, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and how you can have it removed.
Who we are
The hub is operated by Everflow. It is offered to agencies we invite as partners — including agencies based in the EU. If you have any question about your data, contact us at partnerships@everflow.io.
What we collect
- Account identity. When you're invited, we record your email address, your name, and your agency. This is how we recognize you and sign you in.
- Certification progress and quiz results. As you work through the training and certifications, we record your progress and your quiz answers and scores, tied to your account.
- Your activity in the AI tools. Every question you type into "Ask Everflow" and the other AI tools, and the selections you make inside tools (for example the inputs you pick in the recommenders and wizards), are stored together with your identity.
- Basic analytics. We record page views, the referring page you came from, and a device/session identifier that is generated and stored in your browser's
localStorage. This helps us understand how the hub is used.
Why we collect it
- To run the hub and sign you in.
- To tell certified agencies from uncertified ones, and to track your training progress.
- To understand which tools are useful and improve them.
- To support you when you need help.
Who helps us process it (sub-processors)
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run EASE. They only process your data to provide their part of the service:

| Brevo | Delivers email — your sign-in codes and welcome messages. |
| Google Gemini | Processes the questions you type into "Ask Everflow" and the AI tools to generate answers. |
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it. To have your data erased, email your Everflow contact or partnerships@everflow.io and ask us to remove it — we'll delete it from our systems.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your agency uses EASE. If you ask us to delete it, we remove it on request.
